What is a summerhost?
It's a stupid term that originated from back in 2018 that generally means a free or paid hosting that has no legal policies (Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy) and may use illegally obtained or abused nodes, alongside usually unprofessional behaviour. For some reason, this word recently began getting used again by people who haven't even been in the industry a year yet act like they own it.
Regarding the nonsensical claims by Deka
For Deka:
1. You claim the site is by "badsk". This is quite obviously wrong - there are multiple writing styles and different people have written parts of the site. This is from "badsk". Information on this site is not influenced by any single person as well, we take info from multiple sources and will only publish information that is 100% true.
2. "It's really bold of you to assume that this list is influenced by a hosting service because i included a note below in the FAQ.". You work there, you talk almost 24/7 and recommend Falix on your own list. The list claims CortexNodes and OptikServers as summerhosts, yet not Falix? It's quite obvious that you dislike and will say any host other than Falix is a summerhost. Both Cortex and Optik are perfectly fine and have been around for years now.
3. "The bullshit is visible from a mile away, don't need to be Sherlock.". The line in question ("by people who haven't even been in the industry a year yet act like they own it") was not directed towards you.
4. "Funny how your list places well known hosts like Falix and server.pro there." (in regard to the not recommended list). Would you like to talk about Falix's (arguably) worse history than even SRYDEN's?
For the reader:
You can decide who you want to believe - a Lamaker/Lily and Lewis Groom dickrider or the group of 20+ reputable people and host owners maintaining this site. Up to you.
SliceHosting 
An extremely large exit scam owned by Shivang S. (known as "Mike", or previously "Dustin"). The host has been rebranded multiple times and has scammed thousands of people over the years, yet is mostly ignored by the industry. Shivang is known for using carded and abused servers and previously operated DNxRG which was a free host that had data loss almost every 72 hours due to the instability of Shivang's abused Contabo nodes. The host also uses nulled WHMCS, despite Shivang making large amounts of money from scamming, how interesting.
Hostaris 
Hostaris was a paid VM host started by Joshua Sebastian Maddocks at the start of 2023, using Servacus (a dodgy provider that was liquidated). For the majority of their time, they had a fairly decent reputation until recently. Hostaris was sold to well known scammer called Ellis Woolard (whom according to public information, lives at 8 Maypole Lane) - he previously owned multiple exit scams including Hypere and Sys413. Following the sale, Ellis used someone known as Alex (490419910770425875) to run the public side while hiding himself until it was found that Ellis Woollard owned the Hostaris Limited company.
Hostaris also did not hash sensitive billing information, which made it all visible to the notorious shareholder of Paravirt/Hostaris/Hypere, Ellis Woollard.
Hypere 
Ellis Woollard's paid VM and dedicated server host that is barely operational at this point. Ellis has scammed over 500+ people and managed to completely destroy Hostaris after purchasing it, and not even a year ago he scammed BerryByte out of $5k (may be incorrect) and proceeded to go on multiple vactions/holidays after that. Hypere isn't a host, it's just a charity for Ellis' wallet, he tends to just spend his income on expensive items and holidays.

Gapple 
A host that has been rebranded over 12 times, owned by the fake-transgender catfish 14 year old Lewis Goom (1083790513112612906 - "hpilo.") (who would like to be called Sabrina... or will threaten legal action against you, very funny). His host is known for using abused nodes, having unprofessional staff and using copyright protected assets, while claiming multiple other legit hosts are "summerhosts". Lewis attempts to controls the public opinion of a large majority of the hosting industry and spreads FUD about any person (or hosting provider) who hasn't paid him off or is not friends with him. Known for his association with the pro-Russian owner of the skid "Summerhost" list at dekas.link.
This individual is also proven to use abused nodes from provider such as Equinix Metal & Hetzner to run his "businesses".
Here it is seen how he is trying to get Equinix Metal accounts to run his hosts, lol.
His Hetzner account was also terminated for attempting to abuse their services after a swift little abuse report.
Update:
Gapple is most likely over. Lewis Goom is now ddosing ZTX Hosting (1) (2) and will be selling "his" net, which is very likely just one that he bought access to. He attempted to scam Oliver out of $220 but sent it back after a cash on delivery Samsung fridge was ordered to his house.
A section on Deka, one of his dickriders associates:
Deka is absolutely obsessed with Lamaker / Lily / Niks Zalans (the owner of Falix) and Lewis Goom. He claims himself as a "privacy freak", yet we've found his general location (Yekaterinburg, Russia) and name (Yousef) in under 5 minutes of searching. He operates the dekas.link summerhost list which spreads biased and incorrect information about hosts and people. The majority of his "summerhost list" is made up of lies and deceit, and is entirely based on Lewis Goom's personal opinions (and Yousef's) rather than actual, concrete evidence.
Xerin (Reyo) 
A disaster of a host that has relaunched over 20 times which almost constant drama happening. The host is more of a comedy film than an actual host with staff frequently being demoted for rm -rf'ing the webserver and nodes (or similar). Xerin uses abused nodes from Contabo, seems to be a very common thing in India as SliceHosting does the same. The host was previously called Reyo and was even more of a shitshow back then with nodes being lost every few hours.
Associated with "ewn", a known carder and abuser which also happens to be friends with Adri, yet another well known carder. "ewn" appears to be running the host alongside the main owner Avex, although will probably be demoted at some point in the next few days (or hours).
Planet Host (& Pluox) 
Planet Host and Pluox are both hosts by Manucrack YT, an extremely unprofessional and childish individual known for skidding, abused nodes, scamming and overall poor behaviour. There isn't too much to say about this host, everyone is used to their dodgy activity by now.
According to Geo: "He's a cheap guy he always looks for cheap vps with 32-64GB for the lowest price as possible and if you talk shit about him he's going to threaten you saying he'll do legal actions"
